The International Boogie Woogie Festival Holland 2012 takes place on Saturday March 17th 2012 in Hotel Heerlickheijd van Ermelo.

Introduction

The International Boogie Woogie Festival Holland is one of the the worlds biggest boogie woogie and piano blues festivals. Many piano players and other musicians from all over the world perform in the beautiful concert hall of hotel Heerlickheijd van Ermelo.

The festival treats you with an unforgettable evening full of musical and swinging top entertainment, with styles ranging from authentic Boogie Woogie and Piano Blues to early Barrelhouse, and from Rhythm 'n Blues and Jazz to Rock 'n Roll.

Tickets can be ordered by telephone or by e-mail at hotel Heerlickheijd van Ermelo, Reservations Department. Tickets cost 49.50 EURO each. First Class tickets cost 59.50 each. The seats are numbered.

After the festival you can enjoy till late (or till 'early in the morning') the musical afterparty, where some of the musicians will perform in an informal setting in the bar of the hotel with two upright pianos.

The International Boogie Woogie Festival Holland is organised by Stichting Boogie Promotions Holland, founded and chaired by Dutch boogie woogie pianist Martijn Schok.
